I am looking at part-time or Exec Mba /Kellog/ChicagoGSB/ interested in other schools. I am giving below my details and I request you to help me what kind of score I need to target. My chances ?
What are other aspects I need to improve ?

Indian
Bachelor of Technology from Indian university.
7 years of IT experience.
Currently work as tech Lead.

What else can you tell me about yourself. What leadership experiences do you have? How about community involvement? Hobbies? Other interests? These will be just as important to American schools as a GMAT score.
