Can an H1B pursue a Weekend MBA program? What happens to his visa status? Thanks in advance for answers

Yes, you can do an MBA at the same time.

Your MBA will not have any bearing on your H1-B. Just make sure you have enough years left in your H1(3 or more) to last the duration of your MBA.
