Thanks for posting. At this point in your career, you shouldn't be too concerned about your GMAT score. MBA programs are going to be more focused on your work experience.
Remember that business schools are looking to cultivate future leaders, so it will be important to discuss your leadership experience. This leadership experience does not necessarily have to have been at work- perhaps you can look to extracurricular activities you have participated in.
