I'm noticing a lot of people who apply to haas ewmba also apply to anderson femba. Are you guys actually willing to commute up/down every weekend or are you planning to move to wherever you decide to go? Since this is also a ptmba, i'm assuming you guys have flexibility in your current workplace to work from either the Bay Area or Socal?
I'm expecting some GMATCLUBbers to get accepted, seeing as how just the fact that we are so maniacal about this stuff that we look for forums on this is good indication that we probably had good apps as well. Hoping for good news today!

Is that it? Just 2 calls thus far? I've been waiting anxiously. Hope 2 calls is an indication that adcom got busy in middle of calling people and will resume this again after lunch.. Darn, speculations galore!!

I interviewed in December I believe. My stats are below:
GMAT: 720/6.0
GPA: <3
Work as a finance/accounting director at a media/tech company.
WE: 7
I actually went to Berkeley as an undergrad too. If I can get in, anyone can get in. I had a really poor GPA due to college life adjustment and even had a lot of drops. I learned a lot from that though and worked ultra-hard in my working career, including building an alternative transcript that would hopefully offset my horrible GPA. It was a miracle that I even graduated undergrad - the only thing that really saved me was that I was such a nerd in high school (taking close to 6 AP classes every year) that by the time I got to college, I already had close to 2 years of college credit.
I think my application (essays, recommendations, etc) were all good outside of my obvious GPA weakness, so for all you guys with weak GPAs, it can be done. Obviously it would be easier with a higher GPA and I do have massive regrets from that time in my life, but it can be done. Good luck to all.

Hang in there! I'm sure the calls are in random order and from different callers. Also, adcom from another school told me that they call a subset of all admits.

After what seemed like the longest night of tossing and turning - now im just expecting a "Unable to offer Admission" email from them. need a new game plan, I applied in 2011 R3 and R1 for 2012.
