Please give me an honest assessment whether I will be competitive in the application process for the top 4 (Stan, Haas, UCLA, USC) west coast schools. I want to make my career in the bay area and would like to attend one of these schools. Also, further to my below bio, what else can I do at this point to make my application more appealing to Adcoms.

B.S - Business Admin from Cal Poly, SLO (Econ Minor)
GPA - 3.4 (partied early in college, near flawless GPA final two years).

3 Years in Big 4 Actg in Silicon Valley. Achieved highest rating in the office.

1 year in M&A group of the Same Big 4, working on primarily financial due diligence in San Francisco.

GMAT: 690
I've finished my CPA.

Here are a couple of tips:

1) Get involved in some community service if you are not doing so.
2) Visit the 4 schools you are interested in while they are in session.

For more suggstions, please see Best Practices for 2005 MBA Admissions

You have a competitive profile for all 4 schools, although Stanford is clearly the least likely acceptance.
