For R3 applicants who want to know, I received an email (Feb 15th) last saying that my application is complete (i.e., has all the necessary files). I just checked my status and says it's under review now.

Can some one who has read last yrs threads , do international applicants expect to hear back on the phone (assuming its an admit) or is it an EMAIL ?

I'm in Israel (American, but on an extended work assignment here). Call was actually pretty funny because I was driving and going into a tunnel so right when she launched into her speech she got cut off. Does the status go " Application Under Review " after you complete your interview ?
Mine has gone from something like " Interview and Review" to " Application Under Review "
