As I read, 2-3 folks who didn't get an interview invite yet got an email from a current student. Is there anyone who was interviewed + got the email from the students?

I didn't receive any such email. Although, it's very strange that none of them replied. Did they have a @haas.berkeley.edu address?
Perhaps the ewmba staff instructed them to do so but then changed their mind after the emails were already sent. Did the email seem like it followed a fixed template?

The person that responded to me is a current EWMBA student. I'm sure he's got a lot on his plate. At this point I don't have a whole lot of questions anyways. So, it's not a huge loss if I don't get to meet up with him.

Yes, one person not replying could be unique circumstances. But none of them replying is too strange to be coincidence.
Either ways, we just need to wait a couple of more days to find out.

Unless all of you were contacted by the same person I think this email is going out to out-of-state applicants only, particularly to those from Seattle.
