Hi I just wanted to know what my chances are at HARvard/Wharton ?

My questions are -

1) i have 2 years of work experience at time of application, 3 years at time of admittance- is that enough?

- Fluent in Russian
- Studied abroad and travelled all over Europe
- did honors thesis with a prof who did his PHd at harvard

1. Yes it is enough assuming that your work experience has been very strong during that period of time. A large number of incoming students have 3 years at matriculation.

2. At matriculation

3. YES!!!!!! Essays are everything at every top school. If you don't understand the game, you will not get in.

4. You are probably competitive, understanding #3 will make the difference.
