Search the various forums for them...I have seen not-so-positive reviews on those materials before. I have not personally used them, so I can't say myself, but I did use Princeton Review's Cracking the GMAT and would highly recommend it. Their techniques are very effective. I don't think there are any real secrets to the GMAT; it's just a matter of learning how the test is constructed (which is essentially public knowledge through many books at this point), learning how to approach each question type, and practicing your butt off.

You'd do better with the PR book (with the CD) and the Official Guide. Also the Powerprep tests from mba.com.

Refered to some interested posts in other forums as well as my experiences, I would not recommend this material as a study guide in GMAT prep. It's useless to spend money on it. OG is the only best resource for all who want to get a higher score.

There were a handful of nuggets from it. I found the Princeton Review tips on taking the GMAT fairly close. You'll not gain much useful information from it. I really feel like I wasted my money. I think I got taken by the promises of the marketing.

Does it mean that all these materials out there are just so-so. Basically, there is not excellent materials out there....

Barrons ,Kaplan and OG is must for each applicant. Beside this you can use any other good stuff.
