Thanks in advance for your help!

Here are my stats:

Age: 24
Education: Psych major, 3.86 GPA (semi-target)
Work History:Finance internship with fortune 100 (this summer), small consulting/design firm
Test Scores:GMAT 720
Gender: Male (white)
Extras:
- 2 years as an LDS missionary in Tokyo (learned fluent Japanese)
- 3 time marathon finisher, Boston Marathon qualifier (Started as 240lb all-league lineman in HS football)
- Consulting Club President
- Member of various honor and academic societies, small leadership roles in a few of them
- Started small non-profit website to help teenagers find jobs (pretty small, but worth mentioning)
- TED.com volunteer Japanese translator
- Participant in small research conference, work cited in academic journal

You seem to have all the key requirements on paper for sure--I assume you are attending a top university? Psych may not be viewed to be quite as rigorous a curriculm as some other majors like accounting or engineering, but your GPA is great and GMAT should put their mind to rest. I like your demonstrated leadership and the fact that it spans several areas. Frankly, you should stand out as a Mormon in the diversity category, which will help make up for being in the dreaded white male category, where it's very hard to differentiate yourself. Be ready to speak to what you will offer in the classroom without the benefit of lots of work experience. They will expect you to contribute, so some thoughtfulness here will pay off. Finally, make sure you have a compelling vision for what you want to do with your life. Maturity counts even more for 2+2 applicants than it does for the typical seasoned applicant, so make sure you can show them you are mature.
