I just got invited to interview for HBS (2+2).
However, my resume has changed since the application. I just started a part-time internship that is both interesting, semi-prestigious (at least it sounds prestigious) and fits right in my profile/career plans.
So, how do I bring it up during the interview? Shall I tell them right at the beginning, or wait if they ask me "what can you tell us about that we don't see in the application"-type questions, or... ?
Also, I have a job offer from the organizaiton I'm interning in, should I also mention it, and how?
In your 2+2 interview, they will have one person there to ask questions and another to take notes. The open ended questions they ask will more than likely give you an opportunity to bring this up in the interview, and the note taker will ensure that they will have this info on paper during a review. If you are somehow unable to bring it up in the interview naturally, they usually will end the interview by asking you if there is anything you would like to add or anything you wish they would've asked.
Bring it up in the interview and don't deviate from the regular admission process.
