I believe A b/c we need subjuntive here. demand that .... be

A) Use of subjunctive, demand that ...be. But at the same time it is not just demand that..be
it is

to demand that...be, which is incorrect. Further it looses parallelism

to demand....for establishing.

to demand ...to establish should be correct.

B) maintains parallelism.

C) to demand that...have... is incorrect.

D) for the providers of..changes the meaning of sentence

E) Long and wordy.


"B" should the answer. What is the OA?
