He he he ;) :)... Ok, Praji :)

Is it "Praji" when u are speaking with someone who u believe to be of the same age as u? :) If so, for elders, others are used? :)

BTW, I am also not Punjabi but I lived in Punjabi speaking area for 2 years during my MS in Chandigarh, India. I learned to read and write Punjabi because all the signs were in Punjabi.

Praji can be used for both elder and younger.

On a side note my real name is Parmender Dahiya and not Parminder :x

Firstly, congrats on getting in!

I just got an invite to do interviews for HEC, what did you do your presentation on?

Hi apieterse,

Congrats on your invite :D :)

I had choosen a topic that interests me for a while... the MBTI :). I think that the most important is to achieve to keep the interviewer attention on your presentation. Of course, a passionated topic for you will be greatly useful :)... U will transpire energy and motivation, highly increasing the interest of what u say. :)

Another thing is to be well prepared. I had made the presentation more than 20 times, to be direct, each evening. I did it not only to myselve but also to my wife and my friends. :)

If u want more feedback about HEC, feel free to ask me. :)

Also, have a look at : http://www.accepted.com/mba/interviews/advancedsearch.aspx. If u don't know it yet, it's a database of feedbacks given on interviews. By selecting HEC and clicking on 'view details', u will see several replies and so useful information :)

Have u already an idea on your presentation topic? and when are u doing your interviews? (PM me if needed)

Good Luck ! :D :)
