Hm... I think you are at the steady 670 level.
With 4 days left before the test, not sure what really can be done at this point. I would recommend covering your error log
if you kept one and doing mistake analysis.
Also, any questions you still have about the test/questions/etc need to be answered.
Otherwise, just get ready to take the test - know where the test center is/etc. This is not the time to study or cram, just prepare to be fresh and productive on the test.
Take each question one by one.
