Lately, I've been starting to feel burned out just studying and worrying about the GMAT. I started studying for the GMAT since the beginning of June. For the months of June and July, I've been studying the basic techniques and refreshing my math skills. Now that it's August, I started taking more practice tests and doing warm-up questions just to improve myself. I try to study about 5 hours a day including the weekends. I anticipate to take my GMAT by October, would I still have enough time to get everything down and get a good score?
I see my progress VERY slowly. My first diagnostic test (one that I just took to see where I stand and had no idea what the gmat is consist of is a 280.) Then I increased very slowly and now I can get up to a 460. But this score is VERY poor. I dont know exactly what I am doing wrong! When I get a question wrong, I go back to it and keep working on it until I understand what I am donig wrong, but then since most questions are different on EVERY test, the errors starts all over for me again.
I really need some advice on how to score higher then a 680. Is it still possible? I only have about two months left!
These are the study materials that I have, I just need an advice on how to increase my progress even faster:
Princeton Review Cracking the GMAT 2005
Kaplan 2005
PR Verbal Workbook 2005
Kaplan Math workbook
Nova's + CD
Professor Dave +CD
9 paper ETS tests
Manhattan GMAT software
Kaplan 800
OG 10th edition
The GMAT has been burning me out and sometimes I feel like giving up. I dont know what to do! Should I take a short break just to clear my mind or should I continue pushing myself?
