Your GMAT score may be a bit low, but at the same time, the schools aren't THAT selective, and you definitely can make up for it with really good work experience (you seem to be working for the right people). I would say if you are applying this year, then just go for it. But if you are applying next year anyhow, then yeah, retake the GMAT and try and get 30+ points higher.
