Hi,

I am a 27 year old Indian Male with a 750 GMAT and work experience of 6 years ( by Aug 2014).
I am currently running my own tech startup ( since 2012) that we are about to shut down. We have till now raised about $50k in seed funding from investors and have applied for a couple of provisional patents also in the process.
MY question is how the adcoms will look at the startup experince and also how will the shutting down be considered as during the application cycle, I would be working on the paperwork to wind down the company ( paperwork and IP issues) ? Should I apply this year or wait for next year after getting a job etc ?

The failure of our startup does not necessitate postponing your application. I would go forward.

Best,
Linda
