Help Needed:Interview with the General Manager of McKinsey [#permalink] New post 28 Dec 2012, 02:31
I am in the recruiting process for McKinsey Istanbul office. I went through 5 interviews (2 in the first round, 3 in the second round). I was told that there would be 5 interviews in total by the HR. However, the HR called me yesterday, saying that I had to go through one more case interview with the General Manager.

I guess 15-20 people passed to the second round. I know that 2 of us were invited to an extra interview with the General Manager, 2 of us were not contacted with such a request, 1 of us already got an offer and I don't know the rest.

Any ideas about what this means and how it would be to be interviewed by a GM of McKinsey?
