Help on choosing Admission consultant [#permalink] New post 23 Apr 2010, 02:25
Hi All.
I am applying to B-schools for the class of 2011 and considering adopting the services of a consulting firm for the top 10 US schools.
I am based out of Bangalore, India. My search for the consultancy firms are mainly on google (I usually won't go over the top 20 searches). My questions are

1. Are there any good consulting services in India which are capable to help me through the grueling admission process (Essays, Interviews and profile suggestions)

2. If I subscribe to the services of an international consulting firm, How effective will this (since most of the conversation happens over the phone). I would request you to share your experiences on the same. Subscribing to the services of an international consulting firm is a huge investment by itself, So i would sincerely request you to share your experiences.

3. After some research (If I have to subscribe to International consulting services) I have narrowed down my choices to Veritas prep or Admissionsconsultants. I have read a lot about veritas prep and they have clearly demonstrated their keenness to assist MBA applicants on this forum. I would request the forum members to share their experience with Admissionsconsultants, if you have subscribed their services.

Or if any of you suggest any other consultancy firm it would be really helpful.
