Does anyone know of any tips or tricks on solving for Rates and probability or anywhere i could get some extra practice on these areas... they're killing my score!

You can master probabilty, permutations and combinations by just practice, practice and practice.

There are quite alot of questions in this site. If possible goto some local library and practice.
