Well with your profile and 710 you'll have good chances at the Cali schools. You will have to though focus not so much on the technical part of your real estate success, but your leadership initiative, the more MBA type stuff, as that is more important to the schools.
Since your chances are good at the above schools, I think now it's time to look at some schools that might be a bit tougher to get in
First on your list should be Columbia, which has the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate and is one of the best in the country. Wharton also has a rocking Real Estate section as does Sloan. In addition Marshall Johnson and UNC offer very strong real estate programs, so all of these can fit your goals preeetty well.
