Statistically, you have the makings of a good match with these programs: your GPA is on the high end for the Indian universities and your GMAT is solid - boosting it 20 points or more could help differentiate you, but the 700 shows that you can handle the work.
I have two concerns: your relatively young age and common background. With 4 years of experience, the young age shouldn't prove too daunting an obstacle if you can share interesting insights and maturity. However, the real challenge for you is going to be differentiating yourself from the many other Indian IT financial service sector applicants. With little community service, that's going to be hard to prove. I recommend taking leadership roles at work and in the community to demonstrate that you have the charisma and innate leadership ability to steer teams and companies.
