The fact that your a Muslim British Indian is an asset for you because you will certainly be a good diversity candidate. That said, though you have a solid GMAT score the rest of your profile *as it stands now* appears to be firmly in non-jaw-dropping territory, which is to say that I think all the schools you listed would be longshots for you if you applied now. Luckily, you have, as you say, two years. You basically just need serious leadership roles both professionally and nonprofessionally, leading to opportunities to demonstrate significant impact. You have some control over this in your community life, but if you feel your current professional situation won't give you serious leadership roles in the next two years you could consider seeking a position that does.
