=> meaning is she is a charted accountant and also works for a company .... The best suite is B. B. is a chartered accountant and also works for the company, the Breakfast Group, so named because during the early years, Eric worked until breakfast Other options makes the sentense ambiguous.

'And also' is almost everytime wrong. But here it is exception, because and also is used for the same person/same thing. If you see 'and also' used for different person and/or for different thing then it is wrong usage. Nice explainations. OA is B. Two characteristics of wife are given - she is a CA and works for company, the BG grp...[then modifier for the BG grp is given]

+1 B The modifiers follow the "touch rule", the modifiers should "touch" the nouns they modify.
