House for rent - great for UCLA/USC/Loyola students [#permalink] New post 07 Apr 2011, 10:11
Rent price: looking for $2,400 (not including utilities)
Utilities (what I am currently paying)
Gas: $30 a month
Internet/TV/Phone: Verizon Fiber Optics, TV and local line: $99 a month
Electricity/Water/Waste: around $220 every two month
Looking to start renting around July 1st, 1 year lease.

House info:
Living Space: 1,000 sq. ft.
3 bedroom/ 1 Bath (old 1940's house - small bathroom)
Lot Size: 5,786 sq. ft.
Backyard is fully fenced (around 6 ft. high), great for dogs or family with kids
One car automatic garage (not connected to inside of house)
Driveway parks 1 car
next to other single homes, no apartments, so plenty of street parking
Have fridge and new Washer, willing to leave Computer table/ another big desk/ some other misc. furniture if needed.
5 min walk to Blue bus number 2 which takes you straight to UCLA or Santa Monica 3rd st.
3 miles to Santa Monica Promenade/beach
9 miles to UCLA, 4 miles to Loyola

It is 1.8 miles to UCLA's Venice-Barry Apartments, from UCLA site (rent is $1300 - $1400 there, 600-1100 sq. ft), so if you can find roomates, a private house, plenty of parking, close to beach might be an option you want to look at :)

Please PM for more info. photos etc.
