How accurate are the Grockit GMAT practice tests ?

How accurate are the Grockit GMAT practice tests ? [#permalink] New post 14 Mar 2012, 01:00
I did a Grockit GMAT practice test yesterday . I was really struggling to finish the quant part . On other tests like Kaplan/Veritas Prep / MGMAT , I usually finish the quant section with 2-3 minutes to spare . But on the GROCKIT test , I ran out of time with 11 questions remaining !

What do you guys feel about Grockit 's practice tests ?

I don't think the Grockit CATs are very reliable.
I have taken 2 till date and both have been considerably harder than any other CATs, including Kaplan.

One trend that I did notice was that Grockit CATs tended to post questions which they knew you had already gotten wrong or bookmarked. Which is not really very intuitive.

I would suggest Grockit for other reasons like tracking your overall progress and strengths and weaknesses but not really for their CATs.
