How Are Scores sent to Schools?

I am taking the GMAT on may8th and i want the score immediately to 1 particular school. How do I know that they will get those scores immediately?

Before you begin the actual exam, they ask you to punch in school numbers that you want to send the scores too.

All this is explained when you take practice exam via GMATPrep.
