Hi
It will be helpful to know how do adcom evaluate our essays.
Apart from reading it and find it interesting or boring,
1) Do they do a personality mapping to measure leadership & team skills
2) Do they have a laundry list of qualities they expect from a candidate and look into essays to find those
or what is their basis of evaluation?. if all evaluation are subjective then suppose in a group of 10 adcom members with different interest, different believes about best attributes of a candidate etc, the destiny of your application also has got a good luck factor which is not fair in B school application...
any comments or thoughts will be helpful...
