How does this score seem to you [#permalink] New post 06 Dec 2004, 09:38
First off, I want to say hi to everyone, this is my first time posting here

I just took the GMAT a couple of hours ago and scored a 630

im just curious how everyone here would rate that score--

oh and consider this

Q---34

V ----42

the funny thing is, im very good at math, but im not sure what happened--i just froze with all the calculations and guessed on alot of the Quant

also, will a B-school hold my poor Quant performance against me even though my overall score is a 630?

Hi. I suggest that you retake the exam. You got a great score on verbal, but need to get a higher quant score (40+).

It would depend on which schools you plan to apply to. A good idea is to look at their published mean GMAT score for the recent intake.
