I will go for B = 600

There are in all 900 three digit number
total number of digits divisible by 3 = 300.
Therefore three digit numbers not divisible by 3, 900 - 300 = 600

How many are not divisible by 7?

Total numbers between 100 & 999 divisible by 7 = 128
Therefore not divisible by 7 is 900 - 128 = 772

To clarify this:
from 100 to 999

The first number divisible by 3 is 102...the last one is 999 => the number of numbers divisible by 3 is: (999-102)/3 +1 = 300 ---> the number of numbers not divisible by 3 is 900-300= 600

The same method for question involving 7
