How many intersections does the curve represented by y=ax^2+bx+c have with axis-x?
1). a<0
2). c=-3

Isnt the answer to this question suppose to be E? The OA in the question bank is C.
b^2-4ac never said anything about B and since a and c are less than zero we need to know if b^2 is greater than 4ac

I agree with u.

It should be E. As ac>0, the 3 cases stands for b^2-4ac (>, =, or < 0) hence we cannot know how many roots has the equation.

Where does this DS come from? :)
