So what about your college activities ? I take it you list only those that stand out e.g. Head of "Operation save the world" etc.

The length of the resume is an essential factor to consider, as long resumes are not catchy to the employers and HR managers. Usually, a resume should not exceed 2 pages, unless you are writing a curriculum vitae. MBA programs require a 1-2 pages resume for their MBA applications. You can find the exact instructions in the online application. The MBA CV is quite different from a traditional business resume in that it should focus heavily on MBA skills and traits such as leadership, teamwork and international work experience. Some programs have their own CV format and they require candidates to use it.

Your resume should be one page long. You can go up to two pages if you have enough business experience that qualifies the need for longer resumes, but this liberty should only be taken if your work experience is more than 8-10 years.
