From the picture that looks way too light. You're going to stand out in a room full of people in dark suits (not in a good way), and you definitely don't want to stick out because of what you're wearing. Also, this is a 4-button suit. Unless you're at least 6'10" and headed to the NBA that's too many buttons. Check out the cut of the jacket, it's designed so that it's tight enough to tension the buttons when worn normally. That's definitely not businesslike. Also, check out the pants that are intended to be part of the suit. Tight and slim are not adjectives that should describe the pants you wear in a business setting. Also, I'd highly advise against buying separate suit pieces. These look as though they might be designed to work together, but I think you'd be much better off with an complete suit.

Sales and trading and Ibanking interviews and informations interview. I would stay way from Banana Republic and other mid-range mall stores in general. They are way too trendy and not suited for business. If you want a trendy look, I would say you should check out Zegna, Canali, Hugo Boss, or Corneliani. For a more conservative look, stick with Brooks Brothers, Hickey Freeman, or Polo Ralph Lauren (Blue Label and up only, don't go for the Green label ones). If you shop around and find these on sale or at the outlets, you should be good to go.
