How specific with my goals essay?

I have a question about my essay. Sorry if this sounds a little silly, but I am in mad panic as this is my goals essay and there's 2 weeks left before the Consortium deadline.

I don't know how specific should I be with this:

"nonprofit consulting"
or
"nonprofit strategy consulting"

The companies I want to work for (the ones I mentioned in the essay) like the Bridgespan Group, are nonprofit strategy consulting firms. But I know there are other types of nonprofit consultants, and I want to keep my doors open. Does this even make a difference with the goals essay?

Go with the nonprofit strategy consulting option. If there are other varieties of nonprofit consulting that are possible, then you are best off specifying what you do exactly.
