Describe a specific example of something you did that helped build enthusiasm in others.
Can anyone please suggest me how to answer this question?
Thanks for your help.
This is not a trick question. They just want to hear how resourcefully, creatively, and/or personally you go about motivating or inspiring others. The example could be from work or outside work (even from your family life if that's your best example). Hopefully it is something more creative than just bringing your teammates a box of Krispy Kremes every morning. You may have to really job your memory for this one.
By the way, in the next 10 days, I'm having the interview with UPitt.
Could you please suggest me some good books or good sources for preparing admission interview and how to answer to each kind of questions?
Richard Montauk's chapter in How to Get into the Top MBA Programs is very good--he covers the different types of questions, what they're looking for in asking them, and how best to respond. I can also recommend Accepted.com's interview tips.
