Correct.

There is no strike rate for a specific score.

Just to confirm, unfortunately true. That's the frustrating part of the GMAT - not easy to judge your performance. Actually, many completely misjudge their performance - some feel they got 700+ and they bombed it; I thought I bombed it and got 700+ - go figure....
