At 560, i would say your fundamentals are weak unless you has some serious exam day complications. Hence start with the basics. A distribution of your score will help. Get the Manhattan guides and then work out as many questions as possible from GMATCLub and OG. Take a test when you feel reasonably confident and identify areas that need improvement and then work on that area.

Re-iterate the process till you reach a satisfactory score.

The only way to fix timing is by practice.

Hello tt11234,
yes i think you can improve your score from a 560 to a 760.
A 560 test taker probably or didn´t study enough for the gmat, or studied wrongly, or
he didnt have enough motivation. The reasons therefore can be different or a combination of
those factors.
Dont understand me wrong, an improve of 200 points is not easy at all, but i think it is possible,
especially if you have a good learning curve.
One factor which influences your learning curve is certainly your motivation, so if you keep to be motivated
and study in the right way, then you could do really good :-D
All the best

at the risk of souding preachy- do it for what you are about to learn, the results will follow. If you do it to learn, you have nothing to lose.

If you are not motivated to do an MBA or study for the GMAT, perhaps you should not do it.
The total cost of getting the degree is a lot higher including the lost income but most who end up using the degree find it worthwhile but you need to figure out if this is what you want and need - we won't be able to do it for you.
