Far and away the easiest way to connect with students is to arrange for an official school tour, which most b-schools provide, which generally will include a classroom visit. As for alumni, you might try reaching out to the local chapter of your target school's alumni association and see if there are any events which are coming up that you can crash. Alumni are generally very interested to talk to folks who are interested in their alma mater, so this should not be difficult to achieve.
