I have a phone interview coming up soon for a GMAT instructor position I would really like to get. What can I do to really nail the interview?

-Perhaps mention that you know how to read people very well? Hence, if someone does not understand a certain concept, you can figure this out right away and challenge them.

-You know multiple ways to do certain gmat problems.

-Great people skills...

All I can think of right now.

-Emphasize the student experience. Talk about a time you were in class, perhaps, and what the teacher did well and what he could have done better.

-Demonstrate a willingness to learn and work hard.

-Don't worry too much! Be natural and relaxed!
