You have a decent profile. If you are seriously passionate about your MBA from top 20/30 Business Schools then I would suggest you to work hard on your GMAT. Start your preparation soon for your GMAT. To get admit into top B-School you need to target 700+. You can make your application more strong by submitting a good essay and working hard on your application and interviews. It is highly advisable in your case to focus on your application evaluation essays. This is where you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, achievements, professional vision and other abilities. A well presented and perfectly written essay is absolutely critical to make a strong case for yourself during the final interview.
