The book is good but if you have MGMAT SC, then I think you don't need to buy this book.

I completed OG 12 and MGMAT SC questions. I think I used these to understand basics. I need more thorough practice for each type of questions. Where would I get more practice resources?

Try Veritas verbal guides. The guides are very good and questions are good representative of real questions.

I am using SC Grail I must tell you that it lives up to the hype it has been generating for the last few months.
The good thing about the book is that it gives you a very systematic approach to Sentence Correction which is quite essential for getting a 700+ .
For eg, when I went through MGMAT SC Guide, I found it to be quite good. The concepts are given really well, but when I set out to do questions,I would invariably be not able to get more than 50% questions correct because I couldn't figure out the complexities of the sentence. After going through SC Grail , I am now quite comfortable with the concepts such as Gerunds, and participles (which used to seem scary earlier ) and by using their approach to read options vertically, now my accuracy has shot up to 90% and am able to eliminate options saying there are has to be parallelism between say Gerunds ,participles .Haha.I feel good. :-D

Great. This is good information for SC grail. I'm actually facing the same situation as you're facing. I grasped the concepts but finding it difficult to apply all of them at once in a sentence. I'll give a try for Aristotle SC Grail.

BB- If many people on this forum feel the same way, can we add this book in recommended books section?

RC99 is quite a good book. It has 99 passages divided over low, medium and high difficulty levels. It kinda came as a Godsend book as apart from the official guides there's not much good material for RC. Even the drawback with the passages in the OG is that the number of questions is usually 6-7 which ain't representative of the actual number of questions you get on the GMAT and as a result you don't feel very enthusiastic about doing them. However,RC99 has only passages and doesn't have strategies for RC . They claim that as such there's no great strategy for RC and reading as varied material for years is the key and if you haven't done that, then RC99 is the alternative as not only will you familiarize yourself intensively with different topics but you'll be tackling questions which are representative of the GMAT questions.
For RC strategies, you can refer MGMAT RC book.

Since they have updated the SC question bank, i have a question: is the question bank in the complete pdf-book the old question bank or the updated one?

Re: About Aristotle SC Grail [#permalink]
I bought all of the Aristotle books and practiced quite a few of them. The RC 99 is good. I will probably give 4 points out of 5. Aristotle released a new set of CR questions recently.

I also liked the grammar part of SC grail. The practice set is good, but not the best. Probably 4/5 for the grammar part and 3/5 for the pratice question.

They also have a set of 100 meaning related questions. I would give 2/5 rating on this. These are all pretty obvious and easy to solve.

I tried few CR questions from the free pdf set. Although, I don't have any strong opinion on these I feel these were not bad.

Re: About Aristotle SC Grail [#permalink]
Anybody knows if there is a difference between 2nd and 3rd Edition of SC Grail? And is it possible to purchase a pdf version of the 3rd Edition? I am from far away and shipping it would be quite costly. Thanks for help.
