The problem here is that either the object can be under motion or the human being can be under motion. I gut feeling says that I should go with B but my logical analysis says I should go with A. You know you can refute alomst anything ( except the formal logic Qs).
The reason for getting rid of B is the word(s) "often easily". Does this mean the machine has difficulty in detecting spatial relations when bodies are in motion? Could be!!!
As far as A is concerned the humans can move relative to stationary objects ( if those objects dont move ) and gaze the distance.
