Your "position" is based on the number of posts. Don't worry, though. You'll be a CEO in no time!

I think you need 50 posts to be a manager or whatever the next level is.

Don't know as I am not a CEO. Someone who is would have to answer that.

Here are the minimum number of posts and respective rank titles:

# of PostsRank Title
1Intern
50Manager
250Senior Manager
500Major Shareholder
1000VP
1500CEO in training
2500CEO

Don't let the numbers scare you away :). Even a moderate contribution can give you VP in a couple of months.

Here's a question for you. How do you get that fancy CIO title?

He is an admin, so that's his title.... (he can also change it himself ;) ) there are custom titles assigned to a small number of people: GMAT Instructors for example have custom ones as well as some admissions consultants to set them apart. Some of the current students and other groups have custom titles as well.

BB,
I am wondering why major shareholder is a position lower than that of VP? :)
In corporate ladder I would prefer to be a Major shareholder rather than VP.

Frankly, shareholder does not make sense in that list - let's switch that for the Director :)
Any objections?
