I couldn't find any relevant place to ask about some grammar stuff.Hence, I am sorry that I am posting this question, which is not a SC question, here.

Does GMAT take the article 'a' or 'an'? I am asking this question because PowerScore GMAT Critical Reasoning Bible often uses 'an GMAT'. Is there a reason behind it?

I think it should be a GMAT. As you know, an will only be used for works starting with vowels a e i o u.

Also, as is used for words whose pronunciation starts with vovels. Ex. an hour, an MBA, an IRS
