I just finished the Diagnostic Test from OG 11Edtion and I notice that the problem solving section was a bit harder than the problem in GMATPrep because I did much better (in problem solving) in GMATPrep than Diagnostic Test.

So, Iâ€™d like to know if you had the same experience.

Interesting point. I took diag in OG11 and did "above average" (barely) on PS and only missed 2-3 on DS. I am about a 41-45 Q guy (on a good day) so, I don't know what that means. 60% is above average, as is 51% for that matter. I believe that the PS is harder in the diag than most of the OG11. But, GMATprep will cover all ranges of difficulty, where I am nost so sure with the diagnostic. Since I am not great at Q, i have not seen really hard questions in GMATprep to really judge.
