Like most answers: it depends. If your jobs were in the same industry and your responsibility and/or leadership increased, then it could be couched as simply being opportunistic (in a good way) or upwardly mobile. Also given the rocky real estate track over the past 4 years, and the fact you have stuck it out in this industry anyway, you could potentially cast yourself as resilient and resourceful. It's been very hard to get and keep RE industry jobs so as my grandmother says: when God gives you lemons, make lemonade. It's all in how you couch it. What did you learn? What have you taken away? Also how does what you did tie into your future vision for your post MBA career. All these answers should weave together a story that is compelling, passionate and hopefully ties into what you want to achieve short and long term. If so, you should not have a problem. If it's all disjointed, you risk coming off as not knowing what you want and not being focused. Just make sure you couch everything right and you should be fine.
