HI,
Am not giving you any study tip but I want to give you some advice on the timing. Remember the following:--
-> In GMAT the first 10 and the last 10 questions have more weight-age
-> Consecutive wrong answers are penalized
-> Not every question is marked (there are some questions which are not even marked on gmat!)
Solution?
-> Make sure that you give extra time on first and last 10 questions and do attempt all the questions!
-> If you think that your current answer is wrong then spend some more time on the next one to make sure that that is right at least
-> Don't get stuck on a question. Even for getting a 51 you DON'T need to do all questions correct! Read the question carefully and if required then re-read it. Try solving the question and if after 1.5mins you think that you can solve the question in next 1min then continue else guess and move on. You can't really sit on a question for a long time!
All the best for your preparation!
Hope it helps!

Hi Fellow GMAT club members,
I have been studying for the GMAT on and off for the past months. I started my GMAT preparation journey with Kaplan. Took the classes, did most of the practice quizzes, and took 4 CATS. Most of my CATS only increased making my last one about 2 months ago 650.
Exactly 2 weeks ago I did the 90 free questions the GMAT PREP from GMAC and then on Saturday(exactly a week ago) I took the first free quiz. I did so poorly I am ashamed and desperate. My score ended up 440 (IR 3, Q27, V23). Then the past week I did the GMATPrep Question Pack 1; I did all of the Q and IR ,and most of the V. Today, i took the test again, and it literally went up 10 points. and the only part that I increased was in the V which came out to be 25. Last week I ran out of time in all three sections, which I thought was my issue. But today I finished all IR questions, but still got the same exactly score. In the V and Q time I ran out of time both times, today I got farther but still got the same proportion of answers wrong. When I do my quizzes, I get mostly 75%. I know I have to work on timing myself.
I am 3 weeks away from my test day. I am not working or studying, do not have any extra responsibilities. I am simply studying everyday from 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. I take an hour and half break in the evening for dinner, and take 10 mins breaks during the day every other 30 mins. I read the Kaplan GMAT Premier book twice and did all their IR questions and all of their Q questions. I would like someone to suggest to me what can I do to change my situation, because I still believe I have it in me to change this, and I still believe I have plenty of time. I do not do anything other than study all day, I wake up at 5am and do my insanity work out to keep my mind sane. I know I haven't tried many things. I am open to all suggestions and ideas.
Thank you for taking the time to read this!
Ps: My test score goal is at least 700
