I've been reading Manhattan GMAT-ST-Strategy. But every time [#permalink] New post 25 Feb 2013, 12:45
I've been reading Manhattan GMAT-ST-Strategy. But every time I do SC on OG, I scores about 65%. Is it good or bad? And how to improve my SC scores fast?

btw, I am planning to retake GMAT in April. My quantitative scores are fine , but I do scored really bad on my verbals when I took GMAT 3 months ago. So, I've been studying verbals ever since.

Spend time strengthening your foundation. Really review answer choices. When reviewing, highlight grammatical concepts that confuse you and research them on the web. Then, apply the learnings to similar GMAT problems. Reviewing your work is a crucial part of learning.

I noticed in your question used the verb 'do scored', the sentence should read:

"My quantitative scores are fine, but I scored poorly on my....."

You're going to see variations of the same concepts and patterns tested in question after question. The key is to master the concepts and the key frameworks. Master the sc frameworks - it'll take less time, you'll learn the core better without doing 1000s of questions with no clear strategy in mind.

If you do need more practice with sc thru practice questions, try try.gmatpill.com or the gmatpill practice pill platform
