That is actually quite interesting.
Although, I'm not sure all advice necessairly applies to the GMAT. It seems to be discussing reading for learning
. E.g. if you are reading a text book, don't feel you have to read all at once, can't re-read etc etc.
Whereas, clearly, there is a constraint on your reading in the GMAT – time. So while it is not 'wrong' to read more than once, or wrong to 'skip', it may very well be wrong if this strategy doesn't yield retention and success with GMAT RC.
