I'm teaching someone now who is applying to the Instituto de Empresa, and applicants must either take a GMAT or the IE Admissions Test. I know next to nothing about the IE test, and I'm hoping someone here might have some information about it. From descriptions online, all I've been able to piece together is that the exam tests analytical, logical, numerical and verbal skills, and that calculators are permitted. According to the website, knowledge is not tested, and preparation is not required. Does anyone know if this is true? And does anyone know the format of the exam, the mathematical skills that are tested (would it be important to know how to factor a simple quadratic, for example?), or the types of verbal questions that can appear? I'd be grateful for any assistance. Thanks in advance,
